- Broker or dealer selling variable life insurance or annuities
- Broker or dealer selling gas or oil interests
- Put and call broker or dealer or option writer
- Broker or dealer selling tax shelters or limited partnerships in primary distributions
- Broker or dealer selling tax shelters or limited partnerships in the secondary market
- Non-exchange member arranging for transactions in listed securities by exchange member
- Private placements of securities
Our investment advisors have access to a state-of-the-art electronic document management system and develop their own client base with our expert advice, assistance, and training. In addition, we help our associates locate and secure executive office space. But our assistance doesn’t stop there. While other broker-dealers offer little to no marketing support, you will be represented on our website and be closely connected with our established and respected brand name and presence.
